SAT
Scholastic Aptitude Test commonly known as SAT is an entrance exam for college admissions in the United States of America. SAT is a non-profit private organization in the United States of America.
SAT is categorized into two types -
General SAT - It is to analyze the subjects’ knowledge that a student has gained during the schooling.
SAT Subject Test - It is to figure out a particular student's knowledge in a particular stream. This test is attempted by those students who want to pursue undergraduate courses.
The time duration for a test is 3 hours and 50 minutes with a total of 1600 points.
SAT has five sections -
- Reading
- Writing
- Math (with calculator)
- Math (no calculator)
- Essay (optional)
